As Managing Partner, Mr. Adams oversees a business immigration law firm focused on employment-based visa filings for multimillion dollar companies. Adams Global concentrates on obtaining US employment authorization for premier foreign talent in the private and nonprofit sectors.
Mr. Adams began his immigration career in 2016 by arguing and winning an asylum trial in Federal Court for a Moroccan refugee fleeing severe LGBTQ persecution. He subsequently worked at Fragomen Worldwide (the largest business immigration law firm in the world) and E&M Mayock (a foremost San Francisco business immigration law firm).
From 2018 – 2023, Mr. Adams worked at Jackson & Hertogs, another prominent San Francisco business immigration law firm. There, Mr. Adams prepared complicated visa petitions for top international corporations. With a team of paralegals and administration officers, he oversaw the successful approval of hundreds of employment-based visas, including H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, E-2s, E-3s, EB-1s, EB-2s, EB-3s, etc.
Mr. Adams previously served in the San Diego Public Defender’s Office, where he represented many indigent clients in criminal defense matters.
